Pulse: Engagement to Action

As one of her first actions in the Arnold School, Dean Sabo-Attwood conducted a 100-day listening tour to gain a deeper understanding of the existing environment, future possibilities and potential areas of improvement for the school. The goals of this process were to take the "pulse" of the school, build trusting relationships and collectively establish a shared vision for the future.

What is Pulse?

Pulse began as a series of individual meetings, group gatherings and events coordinated by the Office of the Dean to collect feedback and create effective communication channels with faculty, staff, students and alumni. From August to October 2024, Dean Sabo-Attwood used these activities to listen, reflect and begin to take action on recommendations she received.

For those of you who participated in this process, thank you for making the Pulse tour a success! Dean Sabo-Attwood's report on her initial engagement sessions is available here for download

What is next?
