Erica is the Associate Director for Employer Engagement for the McCausland College of Arts and Sciences. As part of the college’s career readiness and experiential learning team, she focuses on building and expanding a network of employers and alumni to create meaningful internship and early career opportunities for McCausland students.

Erica has been a dedicated staff member since 2005, bringing extensive experience in student services, program management, teaching, career development, internships, and employer relations. Before joining McCausland in 2025, she served as Assistant Director of Employer Relations at the Darla Moore School of Business. Erica also directed academic internship programs for the South Carolina Honors College (2018–2022) and the Department of Retailing (2014–2018), guiding hundreds of students through gaining real-world experience and connecting classroom learning with professional practice. Her USC career also includes valuable roles in the Career Center, Department of Student Life, and as an adjunct instructor for University 101 Programs.

Originally from Connecticut, Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Elon University and a Master of Science in Recreation Administration from Illinois State University. She lives in Columbia with her husband, a USC alumnus, their son, and their golden retriever.
