Volunteer Gifts

Volunteer Grants Program

At the University of South Carolina, we are proud of the time and talent our alumni, parents, and friends dedicate to supporting our programs and community. Now, many employers are making it possible to multiply the value of your service through volunteer grants.

Volunteer grant programs are corporate giving initiatives in which companies provide monetary donations to organizations where their employees volunteer. For example, if you volunteer your time with USC, your employer may contribute a financial gift to USC in recognition of your service.

This is a simple way to maximize your impact — every hour you give could mean extra support for USC students, faculty, and programs.

How It Works

  • Magnifying Glass

    Check if your employer participates

Many companies, large and small, offer volunteer grant programs.

  • notepad and pen

    Log your hours

Follow your employer’s process to record your volunteer service.

  • piggy bank

    Unlock additional support for USC

Once approved, your employer sends a grant directly to USC, multiplying the effect of your contribution.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
