Beginning January 1, 2026, CVS Caremark will replace Express Scripts as the pharmacy benefits manager for the State Health Plan. Prior to the transition, all sucscribers, including those who are eligible for Medicare, will receive new prescription benefits ID cards before December 31, 2025. Once received, subscribers will need to provide the new cards to their network pharmacy for continuation of claims. 

To ensure members receive their ID card, they will need to log in to MyBenefits to review and update their address on file with PEBA before Monday, September 15, 2025.
