Recreation Services Assistant

Recreation Services Assistants work in ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for all Campus Recreation patrons. They provide exceptional guest service, manage equipment checkouts, assist with facility upkeep, and support risk management efforts. Through their engagement, problem-solving, and attention to detail, they enhance the overall recreational experience and maintain high operational standards.

Job Responsibilities 

• Provide guidance on Campus Recreation offerings, process transactions, and assist with events.
• Oversee equipment checkout, assist with towel services, and accommodate special requests.
• Conduct facility counts, support cleanliness, and manage room access and reservations.
• Respond to emergencies, administer first aid, document incidents, and uphold safety protocols.
