Biography
Kimi Parker has more than 10 years of healthcare experience and has been a valued member of the USC Brain Health Network. As a Patient Support Specialist, she manages referrals, coordinates scheduling, answers patient questions and guides individuals through the Brain Health Network with compassion, professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Before joining the Brain Health Network, Parker worked as a Support Specialist with the Sumter County Disabilities and Special Needs Board, where she provided support to individuals with special needs. Earlier in her career, she worked in oncology as a medical assistant and also served as a certified phlebotomist. She maintains CPR certification and is passionate about helping others feel supported and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.
Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, helping with her husband's business and caring for their growing collection of animals including chickens, a goat and their dog. A choir girl at heart, she has a lifelong love of music and enjoys serving others both at work and in her community.
