Biography
Maddi Chapman serves as a Patient Support Specialist for the USC Brain Health Network. She has worked in healthcare for the past four years across a variety of specialties, including physical therapy, obstetrics and gynecology and now brain health.
Chapman is passionate about meeting people where they are and believes that every patient deserves to be treated like her own family. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the patients and hear their unique stories. In her role, Chapman supports daily patient operations and serves as a welcoming point of contact, ensuring patients feel comfortable, supported and informed as they are cared for throughout their experience with USC Brain Health.
Chapman earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Neuromechanics from Mississippi State University. She loves learning about health and the human body — especially how movement and exercise can positively affect numerous aspects of overall health.
Outside of work, Chapman enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. She loves traveling, cooking and opening her home to host family and friends. As the daughter of a military family, Chapman had the opportunity to live and travel around the world while growing up. Although she has lived all over the country, she proudly says she is “from the South,” as that is where she feels most at home.
